I checked the BOM before leaving home on Sunday and was disappointed to see ‘mostly cloudy’ was the forecast for the day. Fortunately they got it very wrong and Fawkner Park was bathed in bright sunshine for most of the day.
Three teams, Panthers, Melb Uni Raptors and Warriors, booked themselves Grand Final berths with wins taking them directly into the big match on Sept 13th.
Monash and Red Devils live to fight another week and take on two of the Melbourne Uni teams, while the Wingers Blue gals find themselves eliminated at the hands of their club mates in the Wingers Red team.
