Executive Nomination Form

The Annual General Meeting of the Melbourne Softball Association is held each year in May. Each member of the executive is nominated for a two-year term. Ordinary members can be nominated any year but the roles of President, Secretary, Competition Manager and Treasurer alternate to ensure continuity. 

The nomination schedule for the next seven years is as follows 

2024: Treasurer & Competition Manager & Ordinary Member

Special Call for Secretary & Ordinary member for a 1 year term

2025: President & Secretary & Ordinary Member (x2) 

2026: Treasurer & Competition Manager & Ordinary Member

2027: President & Secretary & Ordinary Member (x2) 

2028: Treasurer & Competition Manager & Ordinary Member

2029: President & Secretary & Ordinary Member (x2) 

2030: Treasurer & Competition Manager & Ordinary Member
